據(jù)中國(guó)民航局的消息，9月19日起，中國(guó)國(guó)航、東方航空、南方航空從北京大興、成都雙流、鄭州新鄭、寧波櫟社機(jī)場(chǎng)起飛的12個(gè)航班將正式加注可持續(xù)航空燃料。

Starting September 19, 12 flights taking off from Beijing Daxing International Airport, Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport, and Ningbo Lishe International Airport will use the sustainable aviation fuel, according to the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The program involves China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Air China.

民航業(yè)約99%的碳排放來(lái)自航空飛行活動(dòng)的航油消耗。減少航油消耗、積極推動(dòng)航油脫碳是民航全面推進(jìn)綠色低碳轉(zhuǎn)型的主攻方向。在傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)和管理手段減排潛力有限的情況下，以可再生資源或廢棄物為原料制成的可持續(xù)航空燃料，具有兼容既有設(shè)施設(shè)備、全生命周期降碳效果顯著等優(yōu)勢(shì)。可持續(xù)航空燃料是一種液體燃料，與目前主要使用的化石航空燃料相比，可持續(xù)航空燃料可減少80%甚至更多的二氧化碳排放。

國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、中國(guó)民航局日前在京舉行可持續(xù)航空燃料應(yīng)用試點(diǎn)啟動(dòng)儀式。此次試點(diǎn)分兩階段實(shí)施，將圍繞供油保障、油品質(zhì)量監(jiān)控、效果評(píng)估、機(jī)制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)等關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域，同步開(kāi)展研究探索。第一階段為2024年9月至12月，主要參與單位為國(guó)航、東航、南航以及北京大興、成都雙流、鄭州新鄭、寧波櫟社等機(jī)場(chǎng)；第二階段為2025年全年，參與單位將逐步增加。試點(diǎn)期間所用可持續(xù)航空燃料均已獲得民航局適航認(rèn)證，民航局將指導(dǎo)中國(guó)航油嚴(yán)格油品質(zhì)量管控。

據(jù)介紹，發(fā)展可持續(xù)航空燃料具有涉及領(lǐng)域廣、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條長(zhǎng)，高技術(shù)屬性突出等特點(diǎn)，能夠催生新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新模式、新動(dòng)能，是民航延展產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條、培育發(fā)展新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力的重要抓手。

實(shí)現(xiàn)碳達(dá)峰碳中和是一場(chǎng)廣泛而深刻的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)系統(tǒng)性變革。立足我國(guó)能源資源稟賦，堅(jiān)持先立后破，有計(jì)劃分步驟實(shí)施碳達(dá)峰行動(dòng)。完善能源消耗總量和強(qiáng)度調(diào)控，重點(diǎn)控制化石能源消費(fèi)，逐步轉(zhuǎn)向碳排放總量和強(qiáng)度“雙控”制度。推動(dòng)能源清潔低碳高效利用，推進(jìn)工業(yè)、建筑、交通等領(lǐng)域清潔低碳轉(zhuǎn)型。

Reaching peak carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality will mean a broad and profound systemic socio-economic transformation. Based on China's energy and resource endowment, we will advance initiatives to reach peak carbon emissions in a well-planned and phased way in line with the principle of building the new before discarding the old. We will exercise better control over the amount and intensity of energy consumption, particularly of fossil fuels, and transition gradually toward controlling both the amount and intensity of carbon emissions. We will promote clean, low-carbon, and high-efficiency energy use and push forward the clean and low-carbon transition in industry, construction, transportation, and other sectors.
