【引言】6月26日，習近平總書記給浙江省麗水市景寧畬族自治縣各族干部群眾回信，向景寧建縣40周年表示熱烈祝賀。回信中說，40年來，景寧縣在民族團結、特色發展等方面取得了可喜成績，各族人民生活越過越紅火，希望全縣各族干部群眾在中國式現代化進程中譜寫畬鄉景寧發展新篇章。
頭戴鳳凰冠，身著鳳凰裝，腳踩鳳凰鞋——她們是畬族人。
Wearing phoenix coronets, phoenix attires, and phoenix shoes, these women are from the She ethnic group in China.
作為只有語言沒有文字的民族，美麗的服飾傳承著畬族的文化，尤其是在女性服飾上體現得最為明顯。畬族自古以女性為尊，將女子視為公主和鳳凰，所以服裝以鳳凰圖案貫穿整體，這就是“鳳凰裝”。
As a minority group without a written language, the She people rely on their sophisticated costumes to preserve their culture, which is most evident in women’s attire. The She people have long revered women and regarded them as princesses and phoenixes, the legendary auspicious birds in Chinese myths. Therefore, their clothing is adorned with phoenix-featured patterns, making up the phoenix attire.
頭飾鳳冠，是對鳳凰形象的逼真模仿。叮當作響的銀飾，象征著鳳鳴。鳳冠是在女子出嫁和重大節日時才會佩戴，可見其重要性。
The headdress, known as the phoenix coronet, is a lifelike imitation of the phoenix image. The tinkling silver ornaments symbolize the phoenix’s melodic cry. The phoenix coronet is reserved for special occasions such as weddings and major festivals, highlighting its significance within the She culture.
“花邊衫”和圍裙，鳳凰裝的重要組成部分。用大紅、桃紅、杏黃及金銀絲線鑲繡出五彩繽紛的花邊圖案，象征著鳳凰的頸項、腰身和羽毛。
The lace blouse and apron are integral parts of the phoenix attire. They are adorned with colorful lace patterns in shades of bright red, pink, apricot, and gold and silver threads, resembling the phoenix’s neck, body, and feathers.
彩帶，作為腰帶或裝飾，則象征著美麗的鳳尾。畬族彩帶編織技藝，作為非物質文化遺產，同時也是畬族姑娘心靈手巧的標志，定婚時會作為姑娘們的定情信物。
The ribbon, used as a belt or a decoration, stand for the phoenix’s glamorous tail. The weaving technique of She ribbon, recognized as intangible cultural heritage, is also a symbol of the She girls’ deftness. During engagement ceremonies, the ribbon is given as a token of affection.
花鞋又稱鳳凰鞋，起到首尾呼應的效果，布料、繡花必須與鳳冠相匹配。
The colorful shoes, also known as phoenix shoes, serve to complement the overall look of the phoenix attire, as the fabric and embroidery of the shoes must match the phoenix coronet.
40年前，浙江麗水景寧畬族自治縣正式成立，成為目前中國唯一的畬族自治縣。而實際上，早在一千多年前，一部分畬民就已遷入此地，這個古老的游耕民族，自稱“山哈”，意為“山里的客人”。
